ISFCOE (International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence)
Since June 2024, I’ve worked with the International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence (ISFCOE) to deliver digital strategy, content campaigns, and platform improvements that support their mission: accelerating sustainable finance policy, education, and global collaboration.
My role spans day-to-day digital consultancy and campaign delivery for flagship events, report launches, and stakeholder engagement. From website optimisation to social content, every touchpoint has been designed to position ISFCOE as a credible, influential voice at the heart of Europe’s sustainable finance landscape.

Website Restructure
To reflect ISFCOE’s growing international role, I led a strategic restructure of their WordPress site. This included rewriting and reorganising key pages to improve user journeys, adding a new Knowledge Hub to surface key reports and events, and applying technical SEO fixes to improve organic discoverability. I ensured mobile optimisation, simplified navigation, and introduced structured metadata throughout. GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards were implemented to monitor site performance and inform future CRO and content decisions.

Sustainable Finance Week Ireland 2024
I planned and delivered the full digital strategy for SFWI 2024, a high-profile hybrid event convening Europe’s sustainable finance leaders. I led on site structure, registration flow design, and integrated Salesforce forms to capture segmented CRM data. I created a comprehensive digital content plan — including speaker announcement cards, email sequences, and a 10-day LinkedIn countdown series — to build momentum in the lead-up to the event. The result was a unified, high-performing digital experience across platforms that supported over 11,000 registrants across the week’s events.
Research Insights Monthly Digest
To deepen regular engagement with ISFCOE’s stakeholders, I developed and launched the Research Insights Monthly Digest. Each edition curated new publications, thought leadership, and news, crafted into an easy-to-navigate format. I designed visual assets including quote graphics and speaker previews for LinkedIn, and wrote summaries that struck a balance between accessibility and authority. With performance tracked via Looker Studio, the digest has become a key recurring touchpoint for policy professionals, funders, and collaborators.
Results & Impact
Through this ongoing consultancy, I’ve helped ISFCOE increase organic traffic by 23% over 9 months, raise the visibility of their reports and events, and establish a professional, data-led digital presence. Email campaigns for events have achieved open rates of over 85%, while integrated social and CRM campaigns for SFWI resulted in over 11,000 registrations. From strategy to execution, my work has helped position ISFCOE as a credible, connected, and forward-thinking organisation in the sustainable finance ecosystem.
