As part of my in-house role at The Safety Letterbox Company (SLB) — the UK division of the German-based RENZ Group — I led the digital rollout of myRENZbox, a smart parcel delivery solution for residential and commercial properties.
The project aimed to introduce RENZ’s European market-leading technology to the UK audience, positioning SLB as the trusted local provider. My role spanned the full digital customer journey: building a UK-specific website, producing a branded brochure, and launching targeted digital campaigns to drive product awareness and enquiries.



My Role
I delivered the UK launch of myRENZbox across multiple platforms, working independently and cross-functionally to ensure both brand consistency and performance. This included:
- Designing and launching a dedicated UK website using WordPress
- Leading the production of the official myRENZbox UK brochure — view online
- Creating high-converting landing pages, optimised for search and enquiry capture
- Writing and designing email sequences for product enquiries, lead nurturing, and trade communications
- Producing digital marketing collateral — including product guides, banner graphics, and sales support materials
- Running integrated campaigns across email, web, and social, using analytics to refine content and user journeys
