From September to November 2025, I was brought in to support the digital and creative delivery of Climate Finance Week Ireland 2025. My role focused on curating the event’s digital presence, producing branded assets, and ensuring visual consistency across both online channels and in-person materials.
Working alongside the Climate Finance Week Ireland team, EuroEvents, AIB, and event stakeholders, I helped bring clarity, coherence, and strong creative identity to one of Europe’s leading climate finance gatherings.
Digital Curation & Website Enhancements
I took ownership of refining the CFWI 2025 event website — improving page structure, enhancing clarity of speaker and agenda content, and ensuring each section accurately reflected the week’s themes.
This included:
- Creating Clean, consistent layouts for Speaker, Agenda, Partner and Award pages
- Curating and rewriting on-page content for accuracy and tone
- Ensuring the website remained accessible, readable, and aligned with Sustainability Matters branding
- Preparing alt-text and metadata to support accessibility and searchability
- Enhancing navigation and simplifying complex multi-day information
- The result was a more coherent digital experience that supported attendees, partners, and communications throughout the event.
In-Person Event Materials
I collaborated with EuroEvents and venue teams to produce a suite of large-format and on-site materials, supporting both branding and attendee navigation. These included:
- A0 display boards and directional signage
- Stage backdrops and digital screen assets
- Branded photography props and die-cut elements
- Looping presentation graphics for venue displays
- Printed assets for partner or session promotion
These pieces helped tie together the in-person experience, aligning the physical environment with the digital identity of the week.
Branding & Visual Identity Support
I worked across a large volume of branded assets to unify the digital and physical presence of the event. This included:
- Designing speaker announcement cards and social templates
- Creating LinkedIn and Twitter/X content series
- Producing branded graphics for email and event comms
- Ensuring all visuals followed consistent layout, colour, and accessibility guidelines
- Preparing assets for different teams (ISFCOE, EuroEvents, partners, speakers)
My role was to ensure every visual touchpoint felt cohesive — whether viewed online or within the physical event space.
